The "Airline In-flight Response to Hostility
Program" involves both highly specific program development and training
for Flight Attendants, Pilots, and CSR personnel.
Protective Safety Systems modifies the
coordinated program of response to in-flight hostility for each
organization as necessary. Our program includes all components
necessary for a coordinated, reasonable, and effective in-flight
response against hostility, given current conditions. In the near
future, technology will provide an increased level of detection and
prevention, which will improve in-flight security. We can provide
significant assistance now.
PSS has been developing in-flight response to
hostility for over eighteen years. We are experienced in working
in time of chaos and uncertainty to provide interim and permanent
security solutions for detection, prevention, and response to in-flight
hostility. We can assist in developing, organizing, and
implementing this program tailored specifically for the client at a
reasonable cost.
We advise airlines not to rely on one piece of
equipment or procedure to apply a "band aid" to this critical problem.
Do it correctly the first time. Scope, develop, deploy.
Involve all relevant parties and develop a truly realistic and
integrated response plan.
Cooperating with in-flight training and flight
standards developers, we design minimum necessary training for pilots
and flight attendants . We provide content, development,
scripting, and coordination for production of cost effective training
materials, including videos. We train airline trainers, and
supervise training as needed.
Don't trust manufacturers control devices to
provide an integrated response. They must be primarily interested
in two outcomes: sales and avoiding product liability. Their
representatives represent their interests. We represent our client
